One startup book I found really eye-opening was 'Shoe Dog' by Phil Knight, the founder of Nike. It's a raw, honest memoir that really pulls me everytime.
Phil Knight wrote this manifesto in 1977 for Nike.
But some people say that Phil didn't write this. Rob Strasser did, In 1977 out of frustration of how nike was performing at that time
