I've recently heard about an inspiring community initiative in Auckland that started with university students teaching English to others (I didn't read about them much but briefly). They discovered that food and essentials were quite expensive, with Starbucks being one of the biggest market holders. To address this, they created their own brand called O3space. From what I understand, O3 (f*** Starbucks) offers: - Co-working Spaces: Providing affordable spaces for students and individuals to work, study, and collaborate. - Canteen/Food Area: Offering reasonably priced food, making it more accessible compared to major chains. The space is also open for extended hours, which sounds incredibly convenient. I'm really curious to learn more about the business model behind O3space. Specifically, I'd love to know: 1. Cost Management: How do they manage to keep costs low while ensuring quality? 2. Attraction Strategies: What methods do they use to attract students and other users to their space? 3. Community Impact: How has this initiative impacted the local student community in terms of education and living expenses? 4. Expansion Plans: Are there any plans to expand O3space to other locations or universities? 5. Challenges and Solutions: What challenges did they face during the setup, and how did they overcome them? Does anyone here have more insights into this? I'd love to hear more about how O3space operates and its journey so far! Website :- https://www.o3space.org/
