I have started my company 2 weeks back. We provide a marketplace for the local sellers to sell locally. It's making around 12k till now, but now I need to scale it more so that I can reach to larger audience and generate 1lakh per month in the next 2
I've created it along with the pitch deck, including my revenue model, strategies etc

A startup’s financial model is simple:
Pre-seed = hope.
Seed = still hoping.
Series A = hope with a pitch deck.
Series B = hope with revenue.
Series C = hope we IPO before running out of hope.

It is a presentation of your business plan, product, growth potential, USP and Market usually to pitch for funding.
It's a communication tool for a founder to interact with investors for funding.
People generally make mistake
If u feel stuck on ur business idea, model or the PMF concerns. I would highly recommend u to create a serious pitch deck that u would have to pitch investors. I am sure this might help u eradicate most of ur doubts.
