Hi guys, Can you please share some knowledge about, how a technical guy can switch to the management or business related roles...? I'm trying to switch my career from technical role to management kind of non technical role.

The key is to start small. Try volunteering for leadership roles in your current projects. Maybe offer to mentor some junior devs. It's all about gradually building those management skills while you're still in your tech role. Oh, and networking is huge. Start chatting with folks in management positions, pick their brains. An MBA can help, but it's not always necessary.
