I have a business model worth of generating 100Cr revenue. I'm an MBA graduate, of 2023 batch. Holding experience in Business Development, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Client onboarding and Management. In a nutshell, I am good at making strategies, planning and execution. And I can handle Marketing and Operations. But, I have least idea on Capital management, Equity, Application building & management, Fundraising and Financial accounting etc.. I am ready to start from the scratch, but I have less time, because soon after implementing I should focus on expansion and bringing monopoly. What are your suggestions and tips for me...? What's the best way to proceed...?
