Hey I am on Medial • 1y

Laziness - enemy or friend? I used to, like everyone else, think that laziness only causes harm. But after some time I understand that this is not logical at all. Well, judge for yourself. If a person were not too lazy to plow the land by hand, he would not have invented a shovel. I wanted to save time and voila, a new invention. The same is true with a car, ship, plane, etc. Also laziness is our defense system. Protects against fatigue. But of course you need to know when to stop and use it correctly. If you lie there all day and refuse , then there is no need to hope for success and results! Conclusion. If you are really tired, then rest. Love yourself. You're alone. This will even increase your efficiency. But don't overdo it and stick to your schedule! Otherwise it will only get worse!

Sometimes, fatigue is not just physical—it’s a reflection of our work-life balance and engagement. Listening and addressing underlying concerns is key to building a healthier, more productive workplace. #WorkplaceWellness #EmployeeEngagement #HRIns

One constant practise I made my marketing team at PW do is, all ad copies to be written in hinglish, all ad copies should have alakh sir picture and only target North market. Our CPL decreased by 40% , voila :)

💬 RFPs aren’t lost to deadlines — they’re lost to misalignment. When proposal teams, SMEs, and compliance reviewers work in silos, chaos creeps in: version mismatches, missed approvals, and copy-paste fatigue. The fix? Real collaboration, not more

My mom asks daily what to cook for each meal (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner), and we spend ~20 mins daily deciding — it adds to decision fatigue. Do most households face this too?

Stop calling yourself a founder if you’re scared to sell. A real CEO closes deals, talks to users, and owns the numbers. Not just tweets, vibes, and vision.

Entrepreneurship is not for the weak. It’s about sacrificing comfort, taking risks, and betting on yourself when no one else does. It’s waking up every day with uncertainty, failures, rejections, but still pushing forward. While others play it safe
