Laziness - enemy or friend? I used to, like everyone else, think that laziness only causes harm. But after some time I understand that this is not logical at all. Well, judge for yourself. If a person were not too lazy to plow the land by hand, he would not have invented a shovel. I wanted to save time and voila, a new invention. The same is true with a car, ship, plane, etc. Also laziness is our defense system. Protects against fatigue. But of course you need to know when to stop and use it correctly. If you lie there all day and refuse , then there is no need to hope for success and results! Conclusion. If you are really tired, then rest. Love yourself. You're alone. This will even increase your efficiency. But don't overdo it and stick to your schedule! Otherwise it will only get worse!
