See if others came and failed and why they failed, check how much schools can you sell to - 1- who don’t have solution 2- who already have solution, why would they switch to you (reason must not be lower cost) 3- if you get schools, you can easily get parents. Target schools what is the gap that they know/ don’t know but exists. 4- Is the gap(problem) high intensity problem or high frequency problem, if its low for both, probably the problem needed to be iterated again.
