Is Indian Street Food Really Bad & Unhygienic?

I can't give you a percentage but I'm pretty sure that it's mostly unhygienic. It depends on the place you take your food really. I know some places where the food tastes amazing and they prepare it following some standards. But then, I've seen the other extreme as well!
