I mostly order food under ₹250, and sometimes under ₹150. While I’ve had great experiences occasionally but many times my instructions are completely ignored. The personalization experience is worst when I ordered food at night, they sent me old pizzas or sandwiches that were stale and poorly prepared. Another time, I requested no onions, yet my fried rice was completely covered in onions as if done intentionally. After experiencing food poisoning twice and wasting thousands of rupees trying different food kitchen, I realized that many of these kitchens don’t even employ professional chefs. People like me, who can’t afford expensive food, rarely get good-quality meals. India urgently needs an affordable cloud kitchen food chain offering quality meals under ₹150. This would solve a major problem for college students, middle-class individuals, and others who can’t enjoy decent food even with ₹100-150 in their pocket. btw few times I got 2 pizza at 65rs and 3 pizza in 150rs

food delivery app don't give discount actually they doing fraud with restaurant there employee add discount coupon without asking and without permission of restaurant owners they just put coupons

looking at your 2nd point I can say that even I own a restaurant we provide home made foods.....prices goes higher than hotel because we have to give 30% commission to swiggy and Zomato plus they ask us restaurants to give discounts to customers that's the reason for rise in price.

Interesting perspective. From my research, it's a complex ecosystem. Pros: convenience, job creation. Cons: high prices, potential quality issues. The real winners are the tech companies taking cuts from both restaurants and customers. It's capitalism in its purest form - solving a problem while creating new ones.
