After using food delivery apps for more than 4 months frequently. I wanted to share my thoughts on food delivery as a startup after all. I mostly ordered on budget mostly and some times spent higher. food delivery is the toughest business you can build after all, gaining lots of trust, brand loyalty and sustaining it through customer complaints and all making a customer, hotel and a delivery person happy is a very rare event to happen. 1. Eating outside food is more about ambience, hospitality and some good food rather than just food. 2. most of the dishes are quite expensive as much as 50 % higher price than in hotel 3. they mostly give you coupons and discounts on worst performing hotels or cloud kitchens. Food is made on frozen things which will definitely kill you over a long period of time. 4. getting the food you like, a popular one you need to be rich to afford it frequently.its not for everyone. but the only good is it's providing lots of employment.
