the main problem will be of dark stores . To rent or buy these stores and managing it , it will require huge funds

I think if we combine with any local delivery startup or part timers then it would be great rather recruiting a delivery partner so that the delivery charges can be saved for the company as initially this model burns a lot of money Hope you succeed in your journey
