Hi everyone, I have a youtube channel with 4800 subscribers and I got nearly 50-60k views every month. But I'm able to upload 5-6 videos a month due to busy schedule and editing takes more time for videos as Im a solopreneur. I want to speed up my content creation as I have plans for starting other youtube channels as well. Can anyone of you suggest me how to speed up content creation and provide the same quality in every videos. Do I need to hire any video editor? What's your thoughts? Here's my youtube channel👇

With 50-60k views monthly, you're at a stage where outsourcing could really help scale your content. Look for someone who can match your style and understands your niche. It might eat into your profits initially, but the increased output could lead to faster channel growth. Plus, it frees you up to focus on content creation and strategy.

Focus on quality over quantity but I recommend hiring video editor as with that you can have more time to come up with better topics and scripts.

Unpopular opinion: maybe don't try to speed up. 5-6 quality videos a month is actually pretty good. Consistency is more important than frequency. Instead of trying to do more, why not focus on making your current videos even better or promoting them more effectively? Quality over quantity always wins on YouTube in the long run.

Don't overlook the power of AI tools! There are some amazing AI-powered video editing software out there now that can dramatically speed up your workflow. Look into tools like Runway ML or Descript. They can help with everything from automatic transcription to smart editing features.
