It had spoiled my mood Recently our company side it is taking content creation on the serious side. That is good. But the head of the content creation team. Is telling us to write the MOU. In that we can't have own profiles. This is bad for me because I am working seriously on building my YouTube channel. Yes it have 122 subs but I gained some cofidence after seeing one of my video getting 2k views And two others videos getting 500 videos I am feeling happy when I see the result because I know my channel has a potential. Then on medial only I got met a YouTube strategist who can help me in growing my YouTube channel. I am kind a guy who likes to work alone. I don't want to wait for others to give the green signals. If the profile is personal I can what I want and there is no need or constrain for my creativity. The thing which I hate as working in a team is validation for a change. What should I do should I sign the MOU or go independent as a content creation
