Hey guys, I have a YouTube Channel called "Xploring AI World." Recently, I started making videos, and it took me two months to learn editing. Can you guys give me some feedback on the videos? If it were an entertainment channel, I wouldn't have asked this question here; it's an educational channel. Can you suggest some ways for people to stick to the videos until the end? Also, can anyone help me with marketing? Like, how can I effectively market my videos?

Don't focus on long content and educational content. Just focus on short content and educational content with some fun and exciting things. Upload monthly 1 long video maximum with full of knowledge with fun

See other tech youtubers doing specially AI oriented, they put shorts/reels of particular useful things and it gets viral. See how they are posting the videos then tou think how you can post. Build yourself before youtube channel. Then boom 💥

First according to all the top influencers from across sectors in nikil kamath podcast. Everyone suggested to go heavy on short form content and then slowly bring in long form. Very few actually care how educational ur comtent is. Pick best of ur videos content and concise it use story telling to sell it in a gripping way. In under a minute. Thats a lot of work but yeah u have to do it. To understand story telling Just read all the stories in “Habit of winning” book compilation of random stories
