Hey I'm from Mumbai and I'm graduating in engineering college and some months in my college the people are stuck in the MLM (multi level marketing) network marketing scam . Scammer are manipulating him/her by the reference of intership with stippend, as an authorised course from college seniors etc. and students stuck in that . The victim students are from middle class background, emotional, far from the hometown , they having big dreams etc. Also some Students are tired of this scam and trying to backed out and refund of money but the condition is scammer told him/her to this is legal or we can't refund the amount. And this is a huge problem in all college in the India I guess. So my question is how to helping that people ? What is a legal action they taken to retrieve money ? And it's a totally scam and trap for innocent people
