Have you heard about the industry which makes 3000 crores a day? Yes you read it right 3000 crores a day, and it is no other than the Scam industry of India with Kolkata as the epicenter of these scam call centres, literally the state which has once been the cultural capital of India. And according to CNA 95% of global scam calls are from India. And according to the data released by FBI these scamers looted $10 Billion from US in just 11 months and mind you these are looting only from US. I am sure some of you must have heard about the Scammer Payback YT channel who exposes scam call centres in his videos and 9/10 they are from Kolkata. But why Kolkata? -> Because it has low property rates as compared to other metro cities. -> Lack of employment opportunities among the English speaking youth.
