Economies of Scale- We will performs a high volume of surgeries, which helps spread costs over many patients. This reduces the cost per procedure significantly. Efficient Use of Available Resources: we will maximizes the use of its facilities by scheduling surgeries back-to-back and using operating rooms continuously for atleast 20 hours a day . This minimizes downtime and increases productivity. Cross-Subsidization Training and Task Shifting-we will trains our staff , allowing nurses and paramedical staff to handle many tasks that doctors typically perform in other hospitals. This reduces labor costs without compromising care quality. I will write a detailed post after this
