Compared to Swiggy or Zomato, ONDC charges 2-4% per order. It is one of the major competitors for Swiggy and Zomato. However, many people are not aware of ONDC and its benefits.

This strategic move not only attracted many new customers but also stirred up the market. Thus, by providing a price that can compete with others in the market, BSNL could position itself so as to attract budget-minded consumers who were looking for more affordable options.
