I am just validating your idea and according to me, that's the most worst idea because already thousands of brands are competing in this sector also nowadays creating a brand is very difficult with repetitive advertising or any other strategy so it's totally depend on your USP and we all know what's the main usp of an clothing brand so that's just another time wasting idea . Explore other industries and invest your energy in hard tech , food tech or manufacturing .
