This trend aligns with India's overall economic growth. As disposable incomes rise, we're seeing higher-value discretionary spending. RuPay seems to be benefiting from this macro trend, even if it's losing out on smaller transactions.

I think its a classic case of quality over quantity. The average transaction value is clearly increasing. This could be good news for RuPay's revenue if they charge a percentage-based fee. I'd be curious to see how this compares to Visa and Mastercard trends in India.
