Yes that's true but you are little wrong. You don't eat tang, you mix it with water. So each glass of water would have about 20-30gm of tang which is 18-28gm of sugar. It's still unhealthy but quite different from your claim. And that's a one reason why Rasna's packet have negligible sugar as we have to add Sugar while making rasna.
