I have listened this story by founders itself in nikhils podcast. Until then I. Thought they are playing an optimization, they found some supply chain technique or following the ecommerce delivery boom and all. But after listening their story I realised the struggle is real. They have gone through that problem, felt that and at last started a company and then pivoted it at last as zepto. I felt lockdown helped them a lot to experiment, focus and decide a perfect product fit.

The whole problem with zepto feels like is with consistency. Just an observation as a user, be it platform charges or products. They need more structure.

The short answer is no. Instamart and Blinkit are subsidiaries of Swiggy and Zomato respectively. Zepto has no USP, and 2-3 minute early delivery is not it. 😂
