1. Handling of the inbound patient 2. Assistance to the family member to admit him and the preliminary documentation 3. If single/aged/young family members assistance with the patient monitoring along with medical/pharmacy assistance 4. Insurance claims needs to be handled with more stricter supervision to ensure no unnecessary inflation in prices along with easy clearance
