With 10+yrs in construction industry. I think, I can answer your question- 1. Quality/Durability- we don't change tiles often. Hardly twice or thrice in our lifetime. Solution- Try to show them comparison in a convincing manner. NO CHINESE MARKETING TRICKS PLEASE 2. Knowledge of the product- customers have no knowledge, they either go by looks or recommendations. Solution- Make them understand what they are buying. Most people look for value for money. 3. Visualization- Use simple tricks to show how their product would look like. Solution- Respect their choice and show them their Visualization. Also, you can put fwd your suggestions considering their thoughts asthetics/budget etc... I can go on & on...
