Taking germany as a example is illogical because they don't have huge population like india and china . Our government and people needs to understand that we need to protest for logical things like education system changes and research & development . Modi Government is bad but not worst like congress , we just need to do one huge protest against our education system then BJP government definitely take this matter as a serious issue like farmer protest because of vote bank. Before 2014 we have only 350 startup but now we have lakhs of startup so that's the good thing and our economy is growing at 7% so I think we need to do protest for highlighting this issue then definitely government will change the whole congress made education system . If they change education system now then opposition will manipulate people and say that BJP is changing constitution . Our Whole system is full of courruptions and fullbod uneducated peoples but at the end of the we need to do protest.

While the comparison is interesting, we shouldn't lose sight of India's unique advantages. Our demographic dividend, strong IT sector, and growing domestic market are assets that Germany doesn't have. Instead of trying to be the next Germany, we should aim to be the best version of India. Let's learn from others but chart our own path. Plus the unemployment policy aspect is crucial and often overlooked. Germany's robust social safety net allows for retraining and supports workers during economic transitions. Implementing something similar in India would be incredibly challenging given our population size and current economic status. We need to find innovative solutions that provide security without bankrupting the state. Perhaps a gradual approach, starting with key industries or regions?

The unemployment policy point is crucial. Germany's model is built on a strong social consensus and a history of labor-management cooperation that we lack in India. Before we can implement similar policies, we need to address fundamental issues like formalization of the workforce and strengthening of labor unions.
