I can't tell how bad this model is? See there are always layers of money goes out from product when you sell one. Company take some, wholeseller, distributor, kirana store guy and finally. Consumer gets the product. Zepto and blinkit tried erase the layer of kirana store and became a d2c company. Which helped them being profit and all. Where you are trying to make things hard for both consumers and also kirana store people as well. The prices of the grocerys will be much much higher compared to zepto and blinkit It is not a feasible model at all.

Zepto and Blinkit are killing Amazon and Flipkart — not Kirana shops! The Crazy Part? Zepto has gone from 0 to ₹10000 Cr in sales in less than 3 years, And is on its way to surpass the 22-year-old DMart in just 18 months!
