I can't tell how bad this model is? See there are always layers of money goes out from product when you sell one. Company take some, wholeseller, distributor, kirana store guy and finally. Consumer gets the product. Zepto and blinkit tried erase the layer of kirana store and became a d2c company. Which helped them being profit and all. Where you are trying to make things hard for both consumers and also kirana store people as well. The prices of the grocerys will be much much higher compared to zepto and blinkit It is not a feasible model at all.
