As you said add more features will increase the price so mostly users will come across cost effective if the users all ready know you and your knowledge then tey would try if you are new then go with website give basic study material to understand concepts and then evenly add other features accordingly to users request and there engagement By doing like this you can move to market much earlier with less making cost and get users
