Rather than a digital book you can try making an creative and intaractive website that help user to use it more effectively so then there is high chance user will pay for that product

A lot more e book all ready existing in market to compete with those is difficult and a intaractive learning website with easy access can help full like for free users you can display adds and monitize but in ebook they should buy product at first it happens only the user know your knowledge on course and believe in your explanation ebook could work if you had any existing followers in social media other wise a website would work at starting
