A basic scientific calculator costs rupees 750 ,u can buy a good leather belt above 500 .belt undergoes worn and tear but a calculator can work for years ..so y not .Its all mindset ,still many people do posses this way,may be u don't fit in those .And it's about who can't afford or atleast at the moment .People who could buy would always buy new ones .

If people can't afford a calculator worth 750, how will they be able to provide me with an item of equal denomination? How will the barter be executed then? If u want a good worth 750 u need to provide me with a good worth at least that much, what if it's not the good i want?
