3/3 Will share my recent experience, my phone's charger stopped working and I had less than 10% battery remaining in my phone and when I checked the price for the charger on Blinkit vs Flipkart, I was shocked to see that I was getting the same charger at lower price and in just 10 mins than waiting for days to get it through Flipkart 😮 Although it was delivered in 20 mins 😅, still worth it. And if you are getting it at the same price and in just 10-20 mins, why would you order through E - commerce or go to any Modern Trade or General Trade store to get it which makes me feel that this can be the end of Modern Trade stores like Dmart. One interesting fact which makes me think this is Zepto is now doing an Annualized revenue of around 10k Crs, and Dmart is at 50k Crs and as per Zepto Founder Aadit Palicha they will be able to breach this mark in next 2-3 years itself and target 2.5 Lakh Crs of revenue in the next 10 Years which is humongous.
