Usually I suggest for giving time to startup as working hours and stress are expected.. but at this stage of startup if the founders are giving a fuc about their team is absolutely Ming bogling. It's not at all wort your time and effort and money you get( what ever the amount is). This startup will definitely going to fails if the founders didn't not realise how taking care of team is important. Leave it right away and focus on exams..
