Ratings are now categorised by distance and it is evident why more distance means poorer ratings: - Temperature variation - On-time delivery commitments - Food quality impact Have repeatedly said this, they have an amazing product team! Finally, someone noticed! Food that travels 10+ kms isn’t going to taste as good as it does fresh out of the kitchen. It’s about time Zomato acknowledged that. Kudos to the product team
