Hey guys , Its been a while I have joined Medial and came across some interesting questions and answers to it related to startups , businesss and finance . There is something actually bothering me and I wanted you guys to give me a suggestion or a start path to the query , so basically here it goes I've been at a startup for 7 months, previously working at an MNC. While studying for CFA Level 1, the startup has only 3 people, including me and the founder. The work pressure is intense, with impromper weekend meetings and long weekday meeting. Despite promises of flexible hours and a laptop after 3 months, the founder expects us to be punctual, work weekends, and handle his tasks urgently. This has impacted my CFA studies, and when I mentioned it, he said it wasn't his concern. Should I quit and focus on my CFA or devote a full year to this job and focus on CFA afterward ?
