Just concentrate on one thing either on startup or cfa exams don't do both

You know na bro,CFA is expensive ...So You should focus on CFA exams and once you clear it you're gonna have a bucket full of opportunities If you delay there's risk of hiked CFA exam prices 🙃 Don't worry about the startup !! Nobody gives a fck,you need to be a little bit selfish about your future also .... that startup founder may find another guy and may kick you out

Smear this founder on glassdoor. Name and shame him. He should know his fault and that he cannot exploit workers. Tweet against him. Cover your entire ordeal. Such a-holes don’t deserve anything better.

I feel... The founder would always want his work to be prioritised first... And you need to know or set your priority whether it's cfa or this startup job .... Once you know where do you want to see yourself in next few years the answer will be clear... My opinion if you're not working for money focus on cfa first

Was at a similar situation, not for the exam but as in culture in an early stage startup where Founder does not care about their employees and basically exploits them. I made enough savings and resigned. Now I'm still in a phase of looking for a new job but I can say nothing feels better than a good night sleep and a relief from overworking. Not worth to work in a environment where your personal life is not respected.

You cannot expect those luxurious when you put your foot in a startup hustle around and find your ways.

Usually I suggest for giving time to startup as working hours and stress are expected.. but at this stage of startup if the founders are giving a fuc about their team is absolutely Ming bogling. It's not at all wort your time and effort and money you get( what ever the amount is). This startup will definitely going to fails if the founders didn't not realise how taking care of team is important. Leave it right away and focus on exams..

I think you should quit. If you are in a startup at such an early phase the founder will obviously expect 100% dedication. This is a simple case that both of you are not aligned.

Same happened with me. Work pressure was immense so I quit the startup after working 7 months. You should do the same. Nothing is more important than mental well being

As a founder I will say dont woory your future is bright we will defiantly become a large company soon and As a employee I always prefer ki mental health bhi jaruri h tabhi kuch or kro he time hoga too ..so it depends on what future you are expecting from both things

Depends on what you wanna do long term. If you want to get into a good role at a good company get your cfa degree first. If you wish to be someone who will startup then learn the roles well so that your chances of failure is less later. You are the best to take ur call :)

Do what you need to do now. There is nothing right or wrong. Take time, think and make a decision then don't regret the decision once taken. Just follow the guts and intentions on what you enjoy and your passion.

I want to tell u one thing that is u do CFA exam or Startup in which u feel happy and ur dream just follow don't ask others because u will get ur answer for this just try to figure out dude kyu ki aakere mai sab marne hai wali hai 🙃
