There have been numerous incidents when someone posts a video on medial and even YouTube had recommended me the same video on the same day.
Which AI tools are solving for 1:1 video interviews?
Lots of redundant conversations. Numerous hours of investment for a very small conversion ratio.
Feels like a huge problem statement to solve for in HR Tech.
