I don't mind businesses losing money in the beginning. What bothers me though is that they don't have a plan to make it profitable in the future. You can't be reliant on the assumption that with a whole lot of users you'll figure out the money later. While i was brainstorming my ideas for Krate i have figured out that meanwhile in the beginning i might lose money onboarding the distributors but for the cost of 1 distributor I'll also get his retailer network on the app. So that shall bring my CAC way down as we move further and open many other streams of revenue.
