my company does not listen to me I am suggesting improvement but they don't listen to it. should I include it without telling them.

In HSR bangalore few folks started delivering food in 10 minutes. Will definitely try when I am hungry. What's your opinion guys

The problem with most companies is that they listen to the needs of their customers but don’t realize them. Feel it, and establish good communication, the customer will be yours.

Let's onboard all sharks. Pay them if possible. Some need schooling. We will take care of them :)
