Their app is not that latest when i using the app some time it will freeze and it is slow compared to other apps it is my opinion if they manage to improve the app they can really compet with other apps

Yup. That's a big problem. That happens almost every 3rd or 4th time. Still not that big issue. And if we are taking this a issue, it can't be said that Indians only cares about cost.

Just think of this way if they improve their app they already giving discount and if the app will get more modern and fast and if they also start to advertise it they can gain Market share because they have tata trust so automatically many indians want to Shop then they will get good price
