Why is Tata's BBNow still lagging behind in the Quick Commerce race? It's cost wise it's the best app to use. If you order through BBNow using Tata Neu app, you will get 1) Free delivery (above ₹100 order) 2) No handling fees 3) No packaging fees 4) No rain charges On top of that you get flat 5% cashback in form of neu coins (redeemable at the very next order) Even then it's Market share have dropped to 11% from 21% last year. Only thing is that it takes about twice the delivery time, which isn't a big issue tbh. So What the reason for this?

I think , Quick Commerce companies like Zepto, Instamart and blinkit are growing at massive growth and they are Startups but BBNow is Tata's venture, they need time to change drastically 💭, what do you think?

Seeing the comments, I can say UX is of utmost importance to succeed in the digital shopping space. I made a post about it a few days ago and faster load times and simple interface are ranked above anything else. Zepto and Blinkit do a way better job there.

Their app is not that latest when i using the app some time it will freeze and it is slow compared to other apps it is my opinion if they manage to improve the app they can really compet with other apps

Tata nue is not fully doubling down on bbnow, idk for what reason, more focus is towards making nue a go to super app platform. They are thinking, that’s the better thing to spend on.

Handling Charge, Platform Fees and priority fee are they even actually fees ? Are You serious, Platform Fees? Wtf it even means, you provide platform to order food and you are charging it from customers , where you are already taking 20-30% of food
