Okay, what's the frequency of these things ? Annually or quarterly like suppose I register the company on July 1st. How frequently I will need CA to perform such auctions. Cause I am thinking like I will register the company and later on will check for CA . I went to a CA and he asked me for 25k . What should be a fair fees for CA given my profit is under 2L per month.
