The cost for Obtaining Pvt Ltd is vary from company company from which ur taking the service but as per my knowledge it goes somewhere around 1k-2k between but in additionally after the company registration under MCA u need to pay a extra cost that is to be State Tax and also it vary state to state ... I personally prefer Zolvit for legal framerworks

I think doing everything by own (registering pvt Ltd online by own) will create issues in long term. I mean having a CA by our side is always good because there are so many compliances that we might miss few important things and then govt won't spare you. So in my opinion spending 30k-40k with CA registering and doing stuff is totally worth it.
