What should be my top priority while building the app? - Focus on traction and retention. - For SortedBrain, personalized notifications about users' goals could make them return to the app. - Create a mechanism where one user can invite multiple others to the platform. 3. Should I focus on acquiring more users first or acquiring paid users? - This is something to figure out along the way. - Some features Indian users won’t pay for, but don’t be disappointed—try other countries, they might pay. - Talk, get feedback, iterate. 4. How should I think about making money? - Have multiple business models. Medial has multiple income streams, not relying on just one. 5. What about team building? - A good team is crucial. - At Medial, their strategy was to bring in core people for each specific domain and share equity with them. This is the foundation for a long-term game. 6. Raising investment? - Build a POC (proof of concept) and show traction.
