Not a big issue. All US companies spy on their consumers.
Its not just about spying. This could mean that Adobe can use your content which is not in public domain yet.
Just understanding, so that means Adobe is training there ai model on the content that is not yet published?
Since they have left the terms to be ambiguous, they can train their models on your "not published" content. Who'd know what's going at the backend. OpenAI is facing similar legal issues for training their model on Copyrighted Books and Publishes w
