Instead of selling liquor, create an So called alternative to it (like Cadbury created chocolate drink) or something whixh taste like alcohol. It would be hard but once you did, you may get funding as well

Overexpansion is the death of so many companies. Glad Schultz recognized it and had the guts to close underperforming stores. Sometimes you gotta cut to grow.
