I said it as a joke btw Anyway since we are discussing it here is my thought. So, people generally consider watching reels, endless meaningless scrolling as social medial addiction. What addiction is defined is using anything in excess to the point it start harming individual. Productive can be subjective to define for some it's working, for some it's learning and so on. Medial as a social media is mostly productive and that is true but even this at excess use cannot be justified. I hope you got my point.
