Talk to people who were already in the same situation for guidance regarding this. Best people to co-found with are your friends, second best current or former close colleagues. Co-founding with complete strangers is hard!

Unfortunately you can't do it alone. Need someone who has experience of building for scale if it's a b2c product. Also VCs generally don't fund solopreneurs.
