Anyone who goes to gym regularly, I have three question from them . 1: are you able to complete your daily protein intake? 2: if yes , then how many meals per day you consume to complete it? 3: how much does it cost your time and money to complete it ? Please let me know, it will help me in my consumer research so that I can bring value to you .

When I was in 11th I thought of starting a food truck business(outside Gyms) whose primary purpose is to curate the list of best possible food for protein and concious calorie intake and serve it to gym freaks in the best budget possible. I think it can still be a good idea as the lack of money and family support(they take your calorie consciousness lightly) is creating a huge gap specially with the growing demand of good physique among youth.

Bro in reality these all are fake talks u only need to be consistent do exercise properly and take your diet means. Eat full pet khana .and take some things like moringa powder ashvagandha etc.
