I need input on my idea. Every time I face difficult in sending my mother to village from bengalore by train or bus. As I am staying far away from city I ask help from my near by friends to assist her to board the train / Bus . My idea is to build a plateform who can solve this problem . As everyone is busy in office work. They need to take half day leave from office to take thr family or parents to railway station/ bus stand, with lot of traffic in metro cities almost 4 to 5 hrs we spend in just boarding them to bus/train. We can biuld a plate form who can take care of this entire process of picking them from home and boarding them to train / Bus.

Seems like you're making plateform for taking care of old people but the main problem is trust and target audience most of people feels safe when they have company of any close person also total addressable market size is not visible. Good thing is that you can tie-up with drivers with proper background check then maybe you get customer base . Best of luck

Your mom is not going everyday, from bengalore to village. N yours not isolated case it happens with every vhild there parents dont go everyday once in three to four month may be. As far as company may be take a day off or half day holiday
