Just boarding a flight to Bengaluru. From the gate to the plane, used a bus, for literally 20 straight steps. Why so? Why not make a safe corridor to the plane, from the gate, to go on foot? Wouldn't it be cost effective for plane companies; better for environment ; and a wise decision overall? Or am I missing some bigger reasons?
