Well i would say covid wasn't an issue. Infact since they had so much content, the usage could have skyrocketed. They didn't managed properly

I wouldn't. During the COVID period, people either engaged in doomscrolling (TikTok) or binge-watching (Netflix). Consequently, Quibi, which provided short clips of 10-15 minutes, became irrelevant for users. This led to a decline in its daily active users (DAU) and caused it to fall behind in the attention economy.
