Have you seen the doctor for this issue? If you are having this a lot I believe it's better to consult proper doctor. Memory issue is quite common only this doesn't have to be extreme. Which I think your might be. I can't also do mental maths, forget things so I write what I don't wise to forget but don't face any major issue with this.
