Honestly until it's a tech based startup minimum experience is required even the knowledge of how the work flows is fine when it comes to startup. And if you aren't bombarded with responsibilities then you can try quitting your job. If not maybe start small alongside your job which can make you feel progressed and make you feel better about it. And moreover having a startup is more like managing risks. So I think being dedicated and consistent is what matters overall.

It's just matter of scale You need some expertise to work on a large scale, but for small scales and India-specific problems, I believe anyone can do it with a sane mind and persistence, and by small, I mean more than 1 crore in monthly revenue. Some small-scale ideas may vary depending on your interests and skills, so just jump in and follow your instincts, and if you are under 30, do not even think twice before getting in. You will learn how to deal with the issues that are bothering you along the way.

If you are a person with family support and financially settled family, quit the job, get to know things outside, join a startup and learn how things work, discuss with people about your ideas and validate them and learn continuously. Later with all the experience if you're still into starting a startup on your own you will not hesitate to start it.

No one has exp of starting of startup. You might fail and then start again. Just check the idea if its needed by people. Do some R and D then get into this. Just bcoz u dont like job and hence you are starting a stattup is not the right appraoch. Just see which skills u love and get a job in that area. All the best.
